Lesson 2 If you get up, expect me to steal your seat!

One of the things I admire about cats is that they will seek out the most comfortable place around and sit there. If you have a favourite armchair, the chances are that it is lovely and comfy so if you get up and you have a cat around, fully expect them to have stolen your seat when you return!
I guess the wise life lesson that we learn from cats is ' make yourself comfortable!'

They also may decide that your laptop is the most comfy and warm thing around so they may decide to sit on that instead.
The thing about cats is that they expect your full attention and so if you are trying to type something they are very likely to climb onto the keyboard or playfully swipe your hand with their paw as you type. If you are lucky they will keep their claws in but there are no guarantees!

Cool cats~Lesson 1

Cats are fed up with me posting blog after blog about dogs and so this is an attempt to redress the balance!
Cats are marvelous.
I know a lot of people are either dog people or cat people but is it perfectly possible to be both and I definitely am!
I had a wonderful tiny yet fierce ginger cat for 7 years, her name was Princess Ginger Kiara 1st!
( Yes, I know, I know... ) We called her Fisher for short.
We bought her from a rescue centre and I learnt such a lot from her. Some of these blog posts will be dedicated to her brilliant approach to life and other posts will include the genius of other cats I have known and loved.
I hope you will enjoy the wisdom of cats.
This is Fisher~

Her clear message here is, 'If you are tired, go to sleep!'
